Key Living is Bristol’s leading co-living house share community. We are a members-only social club as well as a provider of beautiful spaces in which to live.

Our houses combine stylish bedrooms with modern communal spaces. Members pay one monthly bill for everything, this includes rent, all bills and taxes, a cleaner and all shared items; from toilet paper to washing up liquid.

For our members, we take away the stress and administration of renting, affording you more time to focus on your career and enjoying all the city has to offer…

Our Members

At Key Living, we understand that moving into a shared house, your biggest concern is whom you will be living with. Members are interviewed to ensure we are grouping likeminded, driven and sociable individuals into our homes; we aim for our members to become close friends, not just housemates.

Our Story

Key Living is run by brothers, Christian & James.

“We set out to provide the best way to live and rent in the city” says Christian. “The main thing on your mind when moving to a house share is who you are going to be living with. We group likeminded people in our houses, so that our members become close friends rather than just housemates”.

Both with a passion for property development, the pair decided to offer exceptionally high standard accommodation to young likeminded professionals. “We wanted to take away the stress and admin associated with renting” says James. “We give our members a better foundation to focus on their careers, with a premium lifestyle attached”.
